Constitution Walk is a link between the University of Papua New Guinea (UPNG) and the Pacific Institute of Leadership and Governance (PILAG) – two distinguished centres of learning for Papua New Guinean leaders.
The nine sculptures between Sir Sere Pitoi Rumana at PILAG and the UPNG School of Business & Public Policy reflect aspects of Papua New Guinea’s Constitution and the five National Goals and Directive Principles enshrined within it.
Each artwork embodies the unique experiences of its artist and symbolises the strong national pride Papua New Guineans have for their country.
